    We use the feedback data to refine and focus individual development plans.

  • Each participant benefits from a personal one-to-one coaching programme tailored to support their unique leadership development plan.

  • Everyone meets together regularly for collective coaching and learning throughout the programme.

    These sessions include powerful teaching modules offering a range of models and frameworks to enhance personal and leadership effectiveness.

  • Participants pair up with their colleagues, rotating partners every few weeks, in order to experience supporting and being supported by different personality styles.

    They meet between sessions with a focus of reflecting, developing and learning with each other.

    Participants identify specific areas within the business where they can contribute value while practicing newly acquired leadership and collaboration skills.

  • In order to always keep the business context in mind I have regular update conversations with sponsors / senior managers for the duration of the programme.

    These meetings are also a chance for me to share the material we are covering so that participants can be encouraged to apply new skills in their work and can be supported in their learning.

  • We all have many diverse parts within us that operate as an interconnected system. These parts are often pulling in different directions - some desiring our intended positive change and others resisting.

    Using IFS, we provide space for participants to get to know their different parts in a fresh way. They learn to bring mindful self-awareness to all of themselves. They practice being a confident, caring and clear inner leader, growing powerful internal alignment and focus.

  • Participants have an opportunity to explore their personal authentic leadership style.

    They create an inspiring, energising vision for their leadership development and contribution.

    We access energy from the powerful dynamic of ‘CREATIVE TENSION’ in the space between ‘now’ and ‘desired future’ - building on what we did earlier in the programme.

    We spend time clarifying specific milestones they are aiming for and design a series of small experiments, micro-practices and tracking methods.

  • Participants build their capacity to coach / develop others and to openly collaborate with colleagues. They learn to hold themselves and others to account with compassion, assuming positive intent.

    They practice listening deeply, hearing beyond the obvious, engaging with others with curiosity rather than judgement.

    They lean into greater courageous authenticity, respectfully and honestly voicing ‘difficult topics’.

    They grow capacity for brave conversation, asking for, receiving and giving feedback.

    They build strong collaborative relationships with fellow participants, being valuable resources for each other, sharing a sense of collective achievement - doing it together. This prepares them for potential future senior-teamwork.

  • Participants practice using ‘systemic constellations’ to un-stick things that feel stuck and enable more clarity and movement.

    They gain powerful insights by embodying multiple different perspectives and feeling into the ‘voices’ of the system.

    They experiment with small moves towards something better that will unlock a healthy flow.
